I was inspired by my love for ice cream and my struggle for healthy snacks. I always thought these were going to be a lot of work to create yet they were effortless and the flavour options are endless. I did have to go to a few stores to find the moulds. I found these colorful ones at Boardman’s. All you got to do is decide what type of fruit lollies you want to make! I choose two options.
For the one I used banana and raspberry yogurt and mashed up some blue berries, raspberries and hint of strawberries ,give them a good mix and scoop them into the moulds. Pop them in the freezer for about 6-7 hours.
For the other I substituted the yoghurt for cherry and grape juice, remember that if you are using fruit juice the consistency is weaker and less sweet. These are perfect for a healthy snacks or kids party’s
